  In short: No. As a design-build company, you’re only having to work with one point of contact, instead of two or more. • SHOULD I FIND LAND FIRST, THEN LOOK FOR A BUILDER?

  Not necessarily. We can help you locate land that suits your custom home dreams, or can work with the land you already have.

• SHOULD I FIND A HOME PLAN MYSELF?

  This is up to you. Our team can work from a list of your custom dream home ideas to create a new design, or we can explore our previous designs to find the plan that best suits you.

• WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF BUILDING A HOME IN CINCINNATI?

  A lot goes into calculating the cost of your custom home. From the land and size, to the materials and architectural style. The great news is that you benefit from the design-build process because you’ll know the cost up front, with no surprise surcharges or unexpected costs.

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONSTRUCT A HOME?

  The time it takes to build your home will depend on your home’s design, the size, and customization. Luckily, working with a design-build team streamlines many of the processes that tend to take longer when you’re working with a separate designer and builder.

This is why we implement the more streamlined design-build process, saving you time and money.
